Question : disable macro message in outlook

I get a message when trying to edit a document I saved in Word 2007 from an email.  Part of it is a narrative I wrote in addition to the document that was saved.  It comes up and gives the following message:: The macro is this document is disabled. Refer to Online Help or documentation of Host applicaton to determine how to enable macros.  I went to trust center in Word and I have the default disable macros with notification and it still does not work selected and have never had a problem before.  I tried to copy into another doc and it still comes up with the same message,.

You need to select enable all macros.

Or..

You could also select disable all except signed macros, and make sure that the macros are signed by yourself or the author.
