Question : On Mouseover Enlarge Image from camera tool in excel

I am trying to build my own little dashboard in excel, what I want though, is either on mouseover or on click, have a thumbnail image of the chart, created by the camera tool, enlarge to make it easier to view...........

Is there anyway to do this that you can think of??
