Question : Microsoft Outlook Emails not reciving

Hello all,
I am stuck with MS outlook problem.
Emails not receiving on one of my MS outlook user a/c. When he press on Inbox or any subfolder then he can see whether he got any new massage or not.
(It means he receive emails only when he select the folder)

When I try to send/receive I get the following error message Task 'Microsoft
Exchange Server' reported error (0x80040600): 'Unknown Error 0x80040600'.

I run scanpst.exe to repair the ost but it didn't help.
I archive some old emails to make .ost file smaller, but I am still having same problem.

Also, perhaps you are running CatOS and should be using this instead?
