Question : Powerpoint 03 behaves odd in windows 7

Hi folks Running Powerpoint 2003 on a number of brand new dell optiplex 780's with windows 7. Basically finding it's behaving odd i.e.
selected text boxes / pictures move when selected (snapping /grid lines are off)
selected text boxes / pictures just seem to duplicate at random times
Got SP3 installed
Uninstalled Office, and ran clean up utillity too
Reinstalled and still experiencing the problem on 3 machines.
Tried changing the mouse too
These PC's have a clean install of windows 7 32bit and legit copies of office 2003
Any ideas?
