Question : Will VMWare run on HP Proliant ML110G6 X3430, vShpere WAN performance

Hi I'm looking at buying a HP Proliant ML110G6 X3430
( With extra RAM )
For a branch office server.
Will this machine run VMWare ESXi 4 ?
Will VMWare recognize the LAN card / Disks

Also once the machine has been installed we want to manage it over the WAN how does vShpere go on slower network links ?

Yes ML110G6 work with the onboard SATA controller, only the problem is ML 110G6 ships with IDE Drive by default which does not work.
