Question : Closing Quickbooks 2007 results in a .NET Broadbast Event Window Error

Recently whenever I close Quickbooks 2007 I get an error of .NET - Broadcasteventwindow qbw32.exe application error.

This just starting happening, I don't think QB was updated but I think .NET was from Microsoft.  This has only been happening with QB.

Any ideas?

I found this.... looks like I'm not the only one and it is due to a recent MS update.  Intuit is working on a solution.
