How do i convert the images i create into themes to be sold for different phones?
is there a software or something i can buy or download..
hows does it work? is it different for every phone?

I'm not sure if you can theme those types of phones like you can with the iPhone.  I'm not an expert on those subjects so I wouldn't know 100% but I personally have never seen it happen.  I know you can have primitive themes but as for complete themes, I do not think so.  Correct me if I am wrong though.
