Question : Excel 2007 move cells

I want to move a cell in excel, not copy and not overwrite, for instance cell one is called company, cell two is called employee, cell three is contractor
I want to move contractor to cell one and have company automatically shift down to cell two and obviosuly employee shift to cell three. I can see options for moving cell three to cell one however it overwrites company when its moved. Is this possible?

As I understand it, Citrix works by capturing images of the screen.  As far as I know you would need OCR software in order to try to convert the images into text.
