Question : Restore deleted permissions on folder

Hello Everyone,
A user just created a folder and then decided to change permissions because it contains sensitive information; looks like he unchecked the button that said "inherit permissions from parent folder" and then "Delete" to the permissions; then he closed the folder and now nobody can access it, including the domain admins, local admins and administrators.

Can someone help me recover the permissions?

Answer : Restore deleted permissions on folder

administrator can take ownership, then set the permissions to inherit, then fix the permissions from there.
