Question : Help adding image to Crystal Report

Hi Experts - I am JUST getting started using Crystal Reports within Visual Studio so if my question is extremely basic I apologize.  I'm learning as a go.

I have an image that is about 1 inch in lenght and 11 inches in height.  What I'd like to do is run that image down the left hand side of my report/page.  How do I go about doing this?

Put it in the page header
Right click the page header in the left margin
Click SECTION EXPERT
Click the option UNDERLAY FOLLOWING SECTIONS
