Question : Lables printing problem using MS Word

hi,

i am trying to print the labels using the mail merge, the vendor name is Formtec and product number is formtec GS-1116.

The problem is when i starts printing, the upper two labels are half cut from the upper side of the page and second thing the labels are moving gradually a little up with the count of pages printed.

I tried to set the margins manually and used three separate printers just in case for checking but the result is same.

any idea?

I adjusted the margin manually and it worked for the 14 labels per page.
