Question : force website not to cache

I have a website hosted on IIS 6, but each time someone visits, it doesn't reload the page it uses the browsers chache.  Is there a setting in IIS to force pages to reload.  I don't seem to see this happening on pages hosted elswhere, and can see nothing in peoples source code to make this happen.
