Question : Search engine optimization for multiple business locations

Hi
I'm working on the website which is good optimized for certain keyword and certain location. In the state/province where business is located are 3 big cities. At the moment it is so:

Google places ad:
Company name - City#1 Keyword
address
phone #

On the contact page of the website only one address, which is matching yellowpages ad and other directories.

Title, keywords, description and the content is all optimized for current website for this location only.

In google search result for the phrase: city keyword keyword
website comes up on the first page of results.

Now I added two more locations on the contact page (other two cities in same state/province), as well verified two new listings with google places with different phone number for each location with local phone number. But now I'm not sure what is the best thing to do. All three google places ads for local business have same website address companyd0main.c0m (which is fully optimized for city#1). The Company name format in google places however is:

Company Name - City#1 - Keyword Keyword
Local address and local phone number for the City#1

Company Name - City#2 - Keyword Keyword
Local address and local phone number for the City#2

Company Name - City#3 - Keyword Keyword
Local address and local phone number for the City#3

(I'm not sure if different city in "company name" will affect it negatively)

I would like to boost two other cities SEO for the website, what would be the best way to do it without damaging search results for current City#1?

Should I keep one domain or get two more? Or make one domain main and three domains or sub domains for each location? Create different websites with different content or better to keep everything in one? What to do with DMOZ listings, currently it is listed in one locality, according the rules it can not be listed in more than one locality.

There are probably some best practices for this type of situations. Any advice is appreciated.

Thank you

I think godaddy is the better option to register the domain.

And instead of all domains forward to your local server use Bluehost hosting plans .
