Question : Sage Accounts 50 2008 transaction mail invoice layout

Does anyone know how to amend the layout of the invoice that is emailed to customers from SAge's Transaction Mail module.  It doesnt seem to be the Email Invoice layout within the Invoicing module so I assume Sage has added an external program onto Line 50 to provide this functionality.  The invoice layout is very unprofessional and I need to amend it for a customer.

9 times out of 10 its a font issue -- check Library/Fonts and [User]/Library/Fonts. Move anything you find there out to folders on the desktop temporarily. Check System/Library/Fonts. If you see anything that didn't come with the OS install, move that out too. (You can check by date to get a hint. The Apple fonts should all have the same date and time.) Then try InDesign again.
