Question : Exchange Activesync on HTC Incredible not updating group appointments properly

We have an office with 12 HTC Incredible users, and we have noticed a problem with group appointments breaking when you edit them from the phone.  It seems that anytime an appointment that has attendees gets changed from the phones the appointment time stays the same on the attendees calendars and never updates.  However the appt is correct on the person's calendar that changed it; just not on the attendees.

We are using a 3rd party Exchange (2007) provider, and they say that it must be a problem with how the phone is implementing Activesync and how it is editing the appt.

Has anyone else seen this happen?
