Question : SBS 2008 Fix my network issue

Hi Experts

Continuing the hunt for cause of poor performance from our server.  Suggestion was made to run the fix my network wizard.  This i've done a few times and i'm getting compnent id 3 & 4.  Continuing on the wizard says it has cleared this, and re running does not report it again, but leave it a while and it reappears.  

Any thoughts?
