Question : ESX Vrtual Center permissions?

I understand the delegation of accounts within ESX however, the virtual center seems to work differently. We autheticate with our user accounts instead of local system type accounts.

Does anyone have documentation for instructions on how to allow someone who is authenticating with domain credentials certain rights within Vritual Center/ESX?
