Question : VMware new install

We have ESXi installed on two dell 2950 server with 4 VM on each. We are purchasding the full licensed version of VMware,...vmotion...I have more dell 2950 server just like the other two Dells
would this be the best place to install Vcenter and ESX to build the new vm's using server 2008? or should Vcsnter go on to another server?

Answer : VMware new install

It doesn't matter if you have sufficient resources.  I would test both ways and see if you can manage it with existing hardware, or if you want to use a spare 2950 then that is great.
