Question : Migrating from ACT 6 to 2010
Hi, I have read the articles on converting the ACT 6 database to 2010. My question is. Is this all that needs to be done in the migration? I'm guessing that ACT 6 uses SQL 2000 and that when I upgrade to 2010 SQL 2005 will be installed. Are there any steps that need to be taken to move over to the new version of SQL or any other considerations I should take into account? This is only for a single user who is a Financial Professional running ACT on a single machine.
Thanks!
