Question : Permissions to view a .VDW using Visio Services in Sharepoint 2010

Dear Experts

I've added a Visio drawing (.vdw) as a web part on the main page of a subsite.

I get the following error relating to a permissions issue

When i log in as the System account i can view the diagram perfectly. When logged in as any other user i get the error so this implies that it is a permissions issue but i can't find which permission exactly i need to amend. As far as i'm aware i've made the other user a sharepoint owner to the subsite but still no luck.

The information that I have recommends against using local agents, and points to using ISA Lite, instead.
