Question : Word Document Import greyed out

Hi,

I tried doing the instruction as mentioned here:

But the Import to word is greyed out. I tried it both in a PC with word 2003 and word 2007. Here is what I did.

1. Open up DW8.
2. Create a new page.
3. In the DW Toolbar choose File > Import > WOrd Document.

Any reason why it is greyed out? And can someone provide the fix to this?

Answer : Word Document Import greyed out

Do you have a new, blank document open in DW?  If not, try that.  File | New and the check the menu to see if import comes back up.
