Question : WIndows Server 2003
Is there is a way to block outgoing internet traffic on window 2003 server but still permit users to remote desktop into the server. I don't want RDP user to be able to browse the internet when they RDP into the server. these user don't have admin rights they just need to log in and work with the files on there desktop.

You always want to have an external reverse DNS record as a lot of mail servers will see if you do not have a correct one and drop your inbound mail as spam. That is maintained by the ISP for the .com.au domain.
