Question : How to make Windows Server 2003 generate events for lock/unlock

With XP you can enable auditing of logon events and then look for 528s and 538s in the System event logs. What is the equivalent method for Windows Server 2003? I want to see each time a server has been locked and then subsequently unlocked. Thanks.
