Question : How to use Object Browser in Visual Studio 2010?

The Object Browser in Visual Studio 2010 looks like a valuable tool. However, I'm not 100% clear on how to use it. Does anyone know of a good tutorial that explains the different areas of the Object Browser and gives an example of how to use the information? It's a bit of a confusing tool for me. Something I'd like to fully understand.
