Question : problems in the synchronization between a PDA and the Exchange server produced by a Email and Web Security Appliance (3100) v5.0 of mcafee

Hello.

I have a problem with the first synchronization between a PDA and the Exchange mail server.

I have an e-mail and Web Security Appliance (3100) v5.0 configured in bridge mode transparent. It works as antispam.

The first time you set the server source in the PDA the server returns a 500 error. This also occurs if the user changes his password, the synchronization fails.

To resolve this problem I have to get out the EWS and make a synchronization between the PDA and the server. Once you sync, I put again the EWS and everything returns to work well.

I do not want to have to remove the EWS each time a user changes the password.

Does anyone know why this happens and how to solve?
