Question : Connect Catalyst switch 2950 to a fiber optic line

Hi
we had 2 site, and this 2 sites is connected via fiber optic lines

so site 2 has
SuperStack® PS Hub 50 24-port

where the output of fiber optic line is connect to a 100Base T (rj45 port) transceiver module slot ( 100 TX)

Now i want to replace this hub with a catalyst 2950 switch

i have connected to the switch but its likes there is not any connection ...link light does not show up ..

will i be able to connect with this switch ???
