Question : RDP and problems with keyboard

We experience a problem with users that using RDP and connects to our Terminal Server, and they have 2 sessions open, and they are switching between two RDP sessions, it sometimes happen that typing on the keyboard ex. L the RDP connection locks the computer. To solve this, the user has to logoff.

Anyone has any idea what might cause this?
