Question : Java application, sequency diagram triggered test

Hi: I am going to develop a tool. The tool required end user to build sequence diagram. Then I will according the sequence diagram, dynamically invoke each method associated with sequence diagram. What kind of development IDE experts in this forum would suggest me to use for this kind of tool?
