Question : VS 2010 / NET 4 training videos

Does anybody know of any commercial websites offering training videos for vs2010 and net4. I'm specifically looking for Entity Framework 4, and Windows WorkFlow 4.

For entity framework, there is no special tutorial, but it is a part of C# 4.0 and VB.NET 4.0 tutorial. Its has a 30 minuts video on Entiry Framework and 30 min video on LINQ to Entities.
