Question : ssis package issue

hi i have a ssis package which can be successfully depolyed on winserver 2003 32 bit win server 2008 64 bit

yet i have issue depolying it on win7 ultimate 64 bit please advice

Error      1      Error loading 'Import.dtsx' : Could not load type 'Microsoft.SqlServer.Dts.Runtime.Wrapper.IDTSPackageSigning100' from assembly 'Microsoft.SqlServer.DTSRuntimeWrap, Version=10.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=89845dcd8080cc91'..

Sorry for the confusion earlier..
If you want to perform re-installation of SSIS, then you have to uninstall SQL Server Database Engine and SSIS services and reinstall them back.
No other go..
