Question : Excel formulas finder

I am regular in need of finding excel formulas that perform certain actions.  Unfortunately, finding what I need in Excel is difficult at best because all you can search for is the formula name rather than some keyword that will almost assuredly be in the description.  What I think I need is a website that provides a super easy way to find a suitable formula, and help me understand how to use it.  Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
