Question : Explorer.exe freezing XP machines

Lately I am seeing more and more computers at my work locking up.  The only solution is to end the explorer.exe process and then create the task again.

The only solution I have been able to find is from this site

This utility will reset all the current windows shell dll files thus repairing any corruption.

This seemed to fix the issue but the last week or two I have been seeing machines that are having the same problem but this is not fixing them.

Anyone have any ideas?

Have you MalwareBytes scans on these to rule out virus/spyware infections?
