Question : Exchange 2007 Information store + transport + system attendant services are not start up automatically

After server reboot (Win 2k8 std. x64).
Any Ideas?

The event log shows the following:
Event 7001: The Microsoft Exchange Transport service depends on the FSEIMC service which failed to start because of the following error:
The dependency service or group failed to start.

Event 7001: The Microsoft Exchange Information Store service depends on the FSCController service which failed to start because of the following error:
After starting, the service hung in a start-pending state.

Event 7022: The Microsoft Exchange Unified Messaging service hung on starting.

Event 7022: The FSCController service hung on starting.
