Question : Second exchange 2007 install

Hi,
I am currently installing a second exchange 2007 box with just the MB role installed  When I get to the Orgainsation page of the instaall wizard, it requires a name for the organisation.  'First Organisation' is prefilled in to the text input box. I'm not sure what needs to be entered as this name. I have looked in the EMC to find a name but I don't seem to be vable to find on.  

Any help would be appreciated.
