Question : Find tags in OneNote not finding all tags

I'm using only 3 tags, 2 of them are standard and one of them is custom. When I click Find Tags it's only listing items with one of the standard tags. Why won't it list the other standard tag and the custom tag. Without this function OneNote is of very limited use to me. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Shows that when you click "find tags" that you have some options, do you have selected:
Group Tags By: Section, and Search "all notebooks", etc? Just wondering if your search is only looking for "standard tags" or "searching only a specific area"?
