Question : ASSP Spam Issues

We have set-up an ASSP server which is removing alot of the spam messages. One thing I cannot seam to get my heard around and resolved is some messages which have been flagged as spam are still getting through.

Below is the header file which clearly shows its been flagged as spam.

If you could offer some suggestions as to how to resolve this it would be much appreciated.

The ASSP version is 2.0.1(1.1.23)
