Ok.
Then there are couple of things:
a) Are the NDR's being generated ? How to test below.
b) Is your Anti-Spam eating it ?
c) Check DSN settings

There is alos another option:
Is your NDR getting forwarded somewhere to some administrator mailbox ?

TESTING
send a test email from your gmail to [email protected]

CASES:
a) On Exchange Management Shell
Open Toolbox > Message Tracking
enter your gmail account @ sender
with a date range of a week.

See what that gives us. (please post a screenshot here)

b) Open your anti-spam / filtering
try to see if there are prior NDR's in quarantine folder.

c) Check this @ DSN
