Question : Remotely verify router is providing wireless Internet

I have a wireless router that seems to be tempermental. I have the wireless users claiming they can connect but get no Internet. Yet, I can remotely ping routers and see devices connected to it (or at least an IP lease).

Is there a way to remotely verify that a wireless router is actually providing Internet access via wireless signal? Is there a way I can be 100% certain about whether the Internet is available to users, without being onsite?

Answer : Remotely verify router is providing wireless Internet

If you deselect Word as the default email editor you won't have this problem.
You can try closing Word and Outlook (completely, meaning not open in Background) and then try opening word, it should work properly.
Otherwise another workaround is to only send maximized email messages.
