Not from the Camera Raw dialogue box, but you can resize Raw images using Adobe Bridge.
Within Bridge, select the images (or folder(s)) that you want to resize. Go to Tools>Photoshop>Image Processor.
This will bring up a dialogue box that lets you set the absolute vertical and horizontal dimension of the images plus a lot of other handy options.
