Question : Remove "Document] is reserved by [author] - Enter password to modify, or open read only" dialog in Word 2007

I have a document I believe was created in Word XP that is password protected. I have the password, but want to remove it and cannot see how in Word 2007.

Tried....
1. Checked Developer/Protect Document, but it is a document opening lock not a document editing lock, and so this is no set.
2. Tried Office button/Prepare/Encrypt....this has no password. If I set one then I get message
 "This document is both encrypted and password protected. The Office Open XML Formats available in the 2007 release provide stronger encryption. Do you wan to increase the security of this document by converting to an Office Open XML Format?"
After this on open get Password dialog with Enter password to open file.... so enter that one, and then get the Password dialog reserved by with read only option.

Steps I used to solve.
1. Office Button
2. Word Options
3. Cuztomise tab
4. Choose command from: dropdown -> All Commands
5. Chose Security and added to Quick Access Toolbar
6. OK to exit Options
7. Click the security button on Quick Access Toolbar
8. Remove password and click OK
