Question : Delphi Programing - Naming windows automatically in the menu

In this program when we openig your windows/programs, they will be automatically named and numbered this, in the main menu, so it is very easy to trigger windows that are beneath others.

Who knows how to write this code, in which event it is placed.
I have looked in several books and found nothing.
Thanks to anyone who can help.
