Question : My Iphone keeps deleting my Exchange mail!

My iPhone keeps deleting mail from my Exchange account before I get chance to read it!!  This happened on my old 3G and is also happening on my new iPhone 4.  I get a mail notification, open the mail and whilst I'm reading it the mail vanishes! It doesn't appear in deleted items and I can't recover it with Outlook, it just disapears.  It doesn't do this with my Gmail (or other accounts), it just removes my Exchange mail every now and again.  I have syncronised my mail using the built in Exchange support of the iPhone, I haven't used an IMAP connection.

I have tried enabling the option which asks if you are sure you wish to delete the mail, but to no avail.  I have also used the message tracker on the Exchange console, the mail appears there but why is it being deleted?

I am googling to see if you can set the resolution of the PDF file (set the dpi in CFDOCUMENT), but I don't see that anywhere.  Seems like you cannot set the resolution.

I also read that it's optimal for your image to be 96 dpi for cfdocument.   That was just one person's observation.

My recommendation would be to lower the resolution of your image due to the limitation of cfdocument; it seems it cannot be set at the higher res.
