Question : remote power on/off and remote console on a Dell Precision 670

Is there anyway to install a PCI based card into my Dell Precision 670 that will allow me to remotely power on and off the server?  Accessing the local console would be nice too...  For now I'm resorting to WOL.

What is wrong with WOL? It should work fine.

You could also plug in a modem and set the modem to wake up the PC when it receives a call. That way you phone your computer and it powers up.
