Question : Outlook 2007 or 2010 on terminal services keeps asking for a password

Hi all

I have a real pain of a situation

I have a Terninal server 2008 running on an SBS 2008 network.  The TS is used on the local network to access an accounting application and also they require Outlook on the TS to function with the app.  I have Outlook VLK for five licenses and installed on the TS.

I originally installed Outlook 2007 on the TS as part of the VLK subscription as it matched what they were running on their desktops.  However once installed and connected to the SBS Exchange (2007) it randomly keeps asking for a username and password.

I upgraded to Outlook 2010 but the same thing happens and its a major pain in the butt and the customer is getting very annoyed about it.  I have seen this on local installs and this MS KB article fixes it  http://support.microsoft.com/kb/956531 - but it doesn't work on TS!!

UAC is turned off and this still happens if you login as the admin acconut on the TS locally or through the TS RDP

HELP!!

According to Sembee (Exchange MVP) - these issues are fixed in 2007 SP1 Update Rollup 9

verify your Exchange SP1 version by going to add remove programs, if you do not have that installed, please go ahead and install it.

thanks
