Question : ACT! 2010 and Sage Line 50

Have the accounting link from ACT! 2010 and Sage Line 50 when synchronising contacts no errors but nothing synchronising either. Do get a message saying it is doing it, sync happens very fast and then says 0 records completed. Anyone come across this before?
