Question : Is it possible to have a 'used space' column in My Computer? (XP)

Is it possible to add a 'used space' column, similar to the Free Space and Total Size columns that are already present? (XP). I Don't mind installing an add-on or whatever, as long as it adds the column there!

go to control panel > Region and Languages
in the Keyboards and Languages tab click on "change keyboard"  in the new windows press ADD and chose the turkish keyboard.

now you can output turkish text

you can also use "on screen keyboard" maybe it will make it more easy for you.
