Question : Exchange 2007 - Do I need to get an external certificate SSL or can I live without it?

I've got an install of windows sbs 2008.

Just wanted to know whether if I really need an SSL cert to get Exchange 2007 running or can I live without getting one?

Please advise what issues I might have with or without

get one www.godaddy.com. Otherwise you users are going to get prompted ever 5 minutes. Will SBS 2003 you could get away with not having one and just click continue when the certificate error came up. but with SBS 2008 you have got to really have it or you will get loads of problems.
a SSL cert is only about $25 per year.
