Question : added shortcut to Public Desktop but some users not getting it - Win 2008 R2 Terminal Server

Hi

I have added a shortcut to the Public Desktop on a Windows 2008 R2 server however it is not showing up on Some users desktops, I thought at first it was only admins that were getting it however i created a new test account and logged on with that and it shows up when i log.

Is there anything elsei have to do in order for this to get appied to users who have already logged into the server and have a profile.

it could possibly be permissions on the short cut, make sure is has everyone or users or what ever group is applicable
