Question : rpmlib(PayloadIsLzma) <= 4.4.6-1 is needed.

Hi,
I am trying to install RealPlayer11GOLD.rpm on RHEL 5.1 and getting following error message:

 "error: Failed dependencies:
        rpmlib(PayloadIsLzma) <= 4.4.6-1 is needed by realplay-11.0.2.1744-1.i386"
Please let me know how to proceed on this.

Answer : rpmlib(PayloadIsLzma) <= 4.4.6-1 is needed.

From what I could find searching, it looks like the rpm package is compressed using lzma, which redhat/cent do not support.  The package is most likely intended for another distro such as SUSE or mandriva.  

I would try this installer and see if it works. http://www.real.com/realcom/R?href=http://forms.real.com/real/player/download.html?f=unix/RealPlayer11GOLD.bin

If not you can try compiling it from source.
