Question : How to raise 2 GB mailbox limit in Exchange 2007?
I have a
Exchange 2007
installed on a
Windows Server 2003 R2
.
I'm trying to understand how to raise the 2 GB limit on a specific databases.
One of my custumers mailbox issues this warning e-mail:
--------------
Your mailbox is almost full.
2012MB2048MB
Current sizeMaximum size
Please reduce your mailbox size. Delete any items you don't need from your mailbox and empty your Deleted Items folder.

--------------
Based on which database that customer is linked to it shouln't issue a warning until his mailbox is 4 GB.
I have even tried to change this specific users "Storage Quotas" but I still won't work.
What have I missed?
P.S. If you need any more info, don't hesitate to ask for it.
